Back for a third year, the Regional Elite Development Academy has seen an exponential growth of prep schools in Ontario since its first development. REDA is also experiencing growth, as it expands to teams in two locations this year – Waterloo & Brampton. Tarry Upshaw, Director of REDA & the Waterloo-based team’s head coach, leads the charge for another year. He is fresh off his first taste of National Team experience as an apprentice coach for the Cadets at the World Championships in Lithuania and has put together another challenging schedule on both sides of the border.
